Can I join during the construction phase?
YES! This is the best way to get a significant discount. You pay nothing until just before opening day!
You can reserve your membership online or in person now (see website for pre-opening office hours).
If I join online how will I receive my key tag to use at check in?
You can stop by the club anytime during our pre-opening office hours while construction is ongoing, download the app, or you can get it on your first visit.
When do you expect to open?
EARLY 2027! After you join we will be able to keep you posted on all progress, or you can visit our website and social media for updates.
Will you offer Personal Training?
Yes, and all new members will receive a free fitness evaluation with a trainer. As we get closer to opening, we will publish our trainer portfolios so that you can learn more about them before you start.
Will you offer group classes such as Yoga?
Yes! We will have a specially curated schedule of classes such as yoga, strength, Pilates, boxing, and more. We will offer more classes than any other health club on Cape Cod, hands down!
Are the regular group classes included in my membership?
Yes. We will offer specialty classes occasionally that may be an additional cost, but the regular group class schedule is included in your membership.
When will the group class schedule be posted?
We will post 30 days prior to opening!
Can I use the Hyannis and Newport locations?
Yes, small fees may apply. Ask a membership representative for details.
Will there be locker rooms and shower facilities?
Yes.
Is parking free for all members and guests?
Yes.
Where are you located?
3848 Falmouth Road (RT. 28) in the Stop & Shop plaza in Marstons Mills.
Will you have a sauna?
Yes, we will have a state of the art Infrared Sauna (additional fees may apply).
What will be your hours once you are open?
We plan on being open at minimum as follows:
Monday – Friday: 5am to 9pm
Saturday: 6am to 6pm
Sunday: 6am to 4pm.
We may increase these hours as we have demand.
Will you offer day passes?
YES, we will offer day passes. Ask about our VIP Speed Pass for day pass users on a regular basis.
Will you have daycare facilities?
No.
